HOSA Membership Requirements:
The HOSA Registration form, Code of Conduct, and Medical Liability Release forms found in the MMACHS HOSA Handbook, must be signed by parent/student and returned to Mr. Gaudet no later than the 3rd Friday in November, along with dues payment.
MMACHS HOSA members are required to earn:
- Participate in two (2) buy-in events and have
- 20 signed study hours, in addition to
- no more than 1 WIP grade, to be eligible for State Leadership Conference (SLC) Participation.
